Create an account

If you’re a new customer, you can create an account online or over the phone.

You will need to set up an account if you’re new to our area, or if you already live in our area but are moving into your first property where you will be responsible for paying the bills.

Before you start

You will need the following:

  • your new address and the date you move/moved in
  • your bank details (if you wish to set up a Direct Debit).

If you have a meter

You can provide an initial meter reading from your new property to ensure your bill is accurate. See our advice on how to find and read your meter.

If you don’t provide one, your first bill will be based on the last reading or estimate from the previous owner.

If you can't read your meter, please contact us and we will send someone to do it for you.

Create an account

Completing our online form is the easiest way to create an account, but you can also set it up by calling us.
