Landlords and lettings

If you rent out your property you can tell us about any changes to your lettings by registering for Landlord Tap.

Landlord Tap

Landlord Tap is a free and secure nationwide web portal which enables you to update information about who is responsible for paying the water and/or sewerage services in your tenanted properties.

Once registered you can use Landlord Tap to:

  • update us about changes to tenant details including changes of tenancy
  • advise us when a property becomes empty
  • tell us if you sell or stop managing a property
  • add new properties to your portfolio.

Used by thousands of landlords across England, Landlord Tap shows the meter details, serial numbers and locations if your properties are metered.

A dedicated helpdesk is available if you have any questions and all changes you make in the portal are tracked using a unique reference number.

If you have a large property portfolio you can do a bulk upload too.
